Eligibility

The offer is open only to individuals who:

• Are residents of India, aged 18 years or above on the date of purchase.
• Have valid government-issued identification (e.g., Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License).
• Purchase Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation from Detailing Devils during the offer period.
• Invoice is mandatory to participate in this contest.
• Contest entry can also be obtained by taking a pre-booking with full amount of the PPF service.

Exclusions from Eligibility:

• Employees, officers, and agents of Detailing Devils, including franchise owners, marketing partners, vendors, and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings), are not eligible for the offer.
• Customers who cancel, partially pay, or return their PPF order will not qualify.
• Participation through agents or third-party representatives (except authorized family members) is prohibited.

Offer Period

• The offer is valid only between 25^th October 2024 and 30^th November 2024.
• Transactions completed before or after this period will not be eligible for participation in the draw.
• Only fully paid, confirmed PPF services are eligible. Delayed payments, part-payments, or cancellations will disqualify the customer from participation.
• Proof of transaction must be provided in case of any dispute (e.g., payment receipts, invoices).

Participation and Entry Conditions

• Automatic Entry: Every eligible PPF purchase made during the offer period will be automatically entered into the lucky draw.
• Multiple Entries:

  - Customers making multiple eligible PPF purchases during the offer period will receive one entry per transaction.
  - However, a single customer can win only once, even if multiple entries are drawn in the event.

• Participation in the lucky draw is voluntary and by agreeing to these terms, customers confirm their participation.
• Pre-booking amount is not refundable.

Lucky Draw Process and Selection of Winner

• The lucky draw will take place on 2^nd December 2024 over a live-stream by Saurabh Ahuja on his social media handles.
• The draw will be conducted using a computerized random selection system in the presence of an independent auditor/legal representative for fairness and transparency.
• A backup winner will also be selected in case the primary winner does not claim the prize within the specified time or fails to meet any requirements.
• The winner’s name will be announced via social media platforms, email, phone, and Detailing Devils' website.

Prize Details

• The prize is a car valued at ₹10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs), based on ex-showroom prices in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
• The winner will not have the right to request any vehicle upgrade beyond the stated value or ask for a model not offered by the company.
 

Prize Redemption Process

• The winner will be notified via registered email, phone, and SMS within 5 working days from the draw date.
• The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 calendar days from the date of the first notification.
• If the winner fails to respond within the given timeframe, the backup winner will be contacted, and the original winner will forfeit the prize.
• The car will be delivered or made available for pickup within 30 days of winner confirmation. Delivery charges, if any, will be borne by the company.
• The winner must present valid ID proof and the original invoice of their PPF purchase to claim the prize.

Taxes and Additional Charges

• The prize value covers only the ex-showroom price of the car. The winner will bear all additional costs, including:

  - Insurance charges
  - Registration fees
  - RTO fees
  - Road taxes
  - Any other incidental charges

• Income Tax Compliance:

  - As per the Income Tax Act, the winner is responsible for any applicable income tax (TDS) on the prize, calculated at 30% of the prize value or as per applicable tax laws.
  - The tax must be paid by the winner, and a copy of the tax receipt must be submitted to Detailing Devils before the prize is handed over.
